Our COVID-19 Response

With the arrival of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have been closely following the guidelines from the CDC to continue safely caring for our patients. New information is available daily, and we will keep you updated as the situation changes. The health and safety of our patients, our staff, and our community is always our top priority.

Office Hours

We are currently seeing patients for all eye care needs, by appointment only.  Call us or request an appointment online.

If you believe you have an eye care emergency, call us immediately and we will get you in. An emergency situation would be considered vision loss, eye trauma or severe or recurring headaches.

Keeping You and Our Team Safe

Please call us to schedule an appointment, when you arrive at our office for an appointment or curbside pickup, to order more contact lenses, or with any questions.

We ask that you come alone to your exam, unless you are a parent accompanying your child to his/her exam, or you need a caregiver to help you.

We will ask you to wear a face covering while you are in our office. Please bring your own mask or scarf, or we will provide a disposable mask upon your arrival.

Along with proper social distancing, we will also follow rigorous cleaning procedures for our equipment and our staff will continue practicing proper hygiene and hand washing.

If you are experiencing fever or any other “flu-like” symptoms or have any questions or concerns, please call us.

Glasses

For your convenience and safety, we will offer scheduled curbside pick-up service for glasses. Patients who are scheduled for an appointment will also be able to purchase glasses in the office.

We will also be scheduling appointments in our optical department. Call us or request an appointment online.

All frames tried on will be kept aside for disinfection after each patient.

Contact Lenses

If you have less than a 90-day supply of contact lenses, let us know! Contact lenses may be re-ordered online, via phone or at your appointment.

We remain committed to our patients, our staff, and the community. We appreciate your patience as we work through these unprecedented times. Please call or email us with any questions or concerns.

Starting 12/29/2020, we are seeing patients for Exams, Repairs, and Pickups by appointment only. Please call ahead.

At this time, our office is temporarily unable to accept insurance. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we assure you this will be temporary!

You can still call to make an appointment if this is not an issue.
